Position Description Your mission will be to contact industrial companies by phone, generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. If you have experience in telephone sales outreach, are used to working with targets, and are looking for a full-time position with high incentives, we want to meet you! Publication Date 15/09/2025 Requirements Education Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales or B2B sales Valued Requirements Required skills and competencies. - Goal and results orientation (resilient when facing rejection). - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially over the phone. - Active listening ability and message adaptation according to the interlocutor. - Organizational and self-discipline skills, with ability to track tasks and contacts. - Knowledge of or interest in the industrial and technological sector (IoT, software, Industry 4\.0\). - Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales or B2B sales (highly valued). Key Responsibilities - Conduct telephone sales outreach to companies in the industrial sector (national market). - Identify opportunities and generate qualified leads for the sales team. - Schedule meetings and demonstrations for sales managers. - Maintain and update the CRM with contacts and opportunities. - Work towards call, meeting and performance targets (KPIs). - Support commercial and marketing campaigns when needed.
