Your mission will be to ensure proper machinery operation, lead preventive maintenance, and promote continuous improvement. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and facilities. * Coordinate and lead the maintenance technicians team. * Manage incidents, breakdowns, and technical stoppages, ensuring minimal impact on production. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and implementation of new production lines or equipment. * Monitor budgets, spare parts procurement, and supplier relations. * Collaborate with Quality and Production departments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry quality standards. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical Engineering degree, Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior), or equivalent qualification (mechanical, electrical, or industrial). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial maintenance (preferably in the food sector or similar). * Demonstrable experience in technical team management. * Knowledge of quality systems, safety standards, and industrial regulations. * Leadership, organizational, and incident resolution capabilities. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Stable incorporation in a growing company. * Indefinite contract with an initial adaptation period. * Full-time position with intensive hours or shift work, depending on plant requirements. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and professional value. * Good working environment and professional development within an established industrial setting.
