Analysis of technical documentation for construction projects. 2. Conducting in-depth risk analysis and technical feasibility studies for projects. 3. Studying and evaluating all types of construction works, including renovations, extensions, rehabilitations, and new constructions, as well as liaising with technical professionals. Core Responsibilities: Evaluating construction projects by analyzing technical documentation (e.g., construction project plans, OCT reports, geotechnical studies, and any other documentation related to project design and execution). Conducting thorough risk analyses and technical feasibility studies for projects. Studying and evaluating all types of construction works, including renovations, extensions, rehabilitations, and new constructions. Direct liaison with technical professionals and insurance brokers.
