Your key responsibilities will include: * Leading the certification team, organizing and assigning tasks to ensure fulfillment of responsibilities according to urgency and importance. * Monitoring task and project compliance within the area, ensuring adherence to defined procedures for work execution. * Supervising routines and tests for equipment testing. * Supervising the execution and tracking of test plans. * Collaborating in identifying issues and/or failures during test execution. * Supervising the review and analysis of equipment documentation, ensuring compliance with requirements and specifications. * Supervising validation of the quality of tested equipment as well as reports validating equipment testing. * Leading the implementation of the company’s product quality strategy, supervising the definition of procedures, standards, and specifications in accordance with applicable regulations and certifications. * Leading the identification, analysis, and study of regulations applicable to the company’s business divisions, as well as ensuring required developments for their application and compliance. * Leading collaboration with other departments involved in the supply chain, ensuring their work aligns with the defined strategy. * Leading the design of indicators and dashboards (area KPIs), as well as leading reporting to visualize the area’s impact and development. * Evaluating the performance and results of direct reports. **We Are Looking For Candidates With:** * **Academic Background**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * **Professional Experience**: +3 years in similar roles and/or activities. * **Languages**: English C1. * **Technical Knowledge**: Ability to interpret electrical schematics. Advanced knowledge of power converters (AC/DC, DC/DC) with at least two years of experience. Knowledge and hands-on experience with laboratory instrumentation (network analyzers, oscilloscopes, multimeters, temperature data loggers, etc.).
