Key Responsibilities of a Housekeeper: * Ensure guest rooms, common areas, and hallways are always clean, tidy, and ready to welcome our guests. * Adhere to the hotel’s cleaning and presentation standards, guaranteeing a memorable experience from the very first moment. * Respond to guest requests during their stay with friendliness and efficiency. * Proactively report any incidents or defects in rooms or facilities. * Collaborate with the team to optimize time and resources while maintaining a positive work environment. * Follow company-established hygiene, safety, and prevention protocols. Requirements for the Position: * Prior experience in cleaning or room service in hotels (valued but not mandatory). * Positive attitude, energy, and attention to detail. * Passion for customer service and teamwork. * Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently. * Commitment to quality and cleanliness standards. * Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends or holidays if required.
