As part of the Prepared Dishes team at the store, your mission will be to prepare food for the market offering, and your responsibilities will include: * Address customer requests and supervise incidents or complaints, ensuring excellent customer welcome and service. * Assist the chef in dish preparation by preparing necessary foods and ingredients. * Monitor the storage condition of raw materials (appearance, expiration dates, and temperature) and ensure proper kitchen operation. * Prepare dishes for display at the counter. * Keep the work area clean and handle products according to current hygiene and sanitation standards. We would love to meet you if you are passionate about retail, food, and people, and if you have: * At least 6 months of prior experience in restaurants, industrial kitchens, collective dining facilities, etc. * Compulsory Secondary Education * Food Handling Certificate and Food Safety Certification.
