We are seeking personnel to perform cleaning tasks in building lobbies, residential communities, and commercial premises in Oviedo, Asturias. Main responsibilities include floor cleaning, furniture cleaning, window cleaning, wall cleaning, emptying trash bins, sweeping, and mopping. Toilet and common area cleaning and disinfection will also be carried out. Prior experience in similar positions, a valid driver's license, and availability of a personal vehicle will be valued. This offer includes a temporary employment contract with a part-time schedule of 25 hours per week. The fixed working hours will be from 08:00 to 13:00\. Salary and other employment conditions will comply with the Collective Agreement for Building and Premises Cleaning in the Principality of Asturias.
