Continuous training: we invest in and foster your talent, with special attention to improving your language skills. **Your typical day will sound like this…** Support and supervision: Ensure achievement of departmental objectives and compliance with critical processes and service setups, in accordance with hotel standards. Assist in preparing work areas for service, including electronic devices to be used and their disconnection upon completion. Assist in setting up tables for service per the manual and protocols established by Fuerte Group for each case, verifying all elements meet required standards. Assist in preparing and setting up special events in coordination with the responsible person. Execution and follow-up: Perform customer-facing duties at various points of sale, adhering to established protocols for each. Greet, accompany, advise, and bid farewell to guests. Inform and advise guests about available products. Take orders and serve guest requests. Process billing and collect payments. Assist in buffet setup and breakdown, as well as buffet service. Control and quality: Monitor and verify materials required for proper performance of job duties. Check that deliveries received at points of sale match delivery notes and original orders. Store received products/materials in designated areas and assist in restocking. Conduct stock availability checks. **Requirements:** --------------- **You’re ideal for this role if…** Vocational or Higher Education qualification in Food and Beverage Services / Restaurant Management or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience as Waiter/Waitress Assistant in a 4-star or higher hotel. English, level B1. Other languages are valued. Microsoft Office, intermediate level.
