What will you do on a daily basis? 1\. Manage documentation and operational data, registering and controlling vehicle documents (checklists, reports, maintenance records). 2\. Monitor fleet status with daily oversight of vehicle conditions at each Delivery Station (DS), updating databases with information on battery levels, cleanliness, incidents, damages, etc. 3\. Coordinate logistics by verifying fleet movements between stations. Also support managing vehicle relocations or reinforcements at stations during high-demand periods. 4\. Provide administrative support, including invoice management, cost tracking per operator, and other data for the finance department. Coordinate with administration for monitoring commissions and operational costs. What are we looking for? Geographic availability in Seville. Training in administration, logistics, or fleet management is desirable. Previous experience in document management, operational coordination, or technical support.
