Currently, we are seeking technicians or engineers **Specialized in Maintenance and Analysis of Industrial Equipment and Systems**. Selected candidates will become part of our team of specialists working across various industrial sectors on both military and civilian programs. Main responsibilities include: * Develop maintenance plans and procedures for third parties. * Conduct system analyses, reliability assessments, failure mode evaluations, troubleshooting, etc. * Develop recommended spare parts lists to optimize preventive and corrective maintenance. * Review documentation provided by industrial equipment suppliers. * Evaluate and review design packages for minor projects, including work scope and planning. * Ensure maintainability, reliability and availability of systems throughout their lifecycle. * Coordinate spare parts, special tools and associated technical documentation planning, ensuring timely availability during operational cycles. * Implement obsolescence management strategies and updates for critical components, reducing long-term operational risks. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure support requirements are considered from early system design stages. **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree in Engineering or Vocational Training (FP) preferred. * Technical English proficiency. * Experience in industrial maintenance. * Technical knowledge in development, implementation and optimization of maintenance programs. * Experience in: * + Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM). + Preventive and Predictive Maintenance. + Spare parts and materials procurement strategies. + Maintenance planning, scheduling and prioritization. + Knowledge of ILS standards and methodologies (MIL-STD-1388, DEF STAN 00-60, ASD S3000L). * Experience in generating and managing technical support documentation (manuals, spare parts lists, technical data sheets, logistics procedures). **What we offer?** * Working hours from 7 to 3 PM. * Office-based technical work with opportunities to lead your own technical team. * Join a solid, innovative and growing company. * Participation in cutting-edge national and international projects.
