At Grupo Disa, we are seeking a MANAGEMENT CONTROL ANALYST. As a MANAGEMENT CONTROL ANALYST, your mission will be to carry out reporting processes for competent authorities, analysis and budgeting, following established guidelines and under the supervision of the Management Control Area Manager.

What will you do as a MANAGEMENT CONTROL ANALYST at Grupo Disa?
* **Collaborate in identifying incidents, deviations, or risks** that may affect data quality.
* ️ **Manage master data in Oracle**, ensuring correct creation, integration, and updating of dimensions according to the established structure.
* ✅ **Validate and reconcile financial and analytical information**, ensuring consistency across different information dimensions in Oracle.
* **Prepare management reports** for respective business areas.
* **Participate in tracking the strategic plan** and preparing supporting information for management.
* **Coordinate and prepare budgets** in Oracle.
* **Analyze costs, profitability, and business margins** by geographic area, product line, cost center, project, customer, and other control criteria.
* **Prepare management reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)** for monitoring.
* + ️ **Drive automation and improvement of reporting and control processes**.
* ️ **Coordinate, validate, and submit regulatory and management information** to official bodies and other regulatory entities, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely compliance.
* ️ **Rigorously manage and implement security measures** related to the work performed.
**Perform any other duties inherent to the position**, provided they do not entail a substantial change in responsibilities.

#### **Essential Requirements**
University degree: Bachelor’s in Financial Management/Accounting, Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance, Bachelor’s in Economics, Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Management, or any other officially recognized qualification conferring competencies aligned with the required knowledge.
#### **Desirable Requirements**
MBA or Master’s in Finance or Management Control
️Course on the General Accounting Plan and current legal provisions.
Knowledge of Data Protection regulations
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Knowledge and experience in Management Control, results analysis, report preparation, and budgeting processes.
Knowledge and experience in Oracle environments
️Ability to prepare executive reports and presentations
️Intermediate level of English
