Job Summary: We are seeking a real estate administrative assistant to support property buying and selling transactions, customer service, and managerial assistance, coordinating with external collaborators and using digital tools. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative support for real estate buying and selling operations. 2. Property management and in-person, telephone, and digital customer service. 3. Collaboration with management and handling of digital tools and CRM systems. We are looking for a person to perform administrative functions in the real estate sector. Responsibilities include property acquisition and follow-up, providing administrative and legal support related to buying and selling transactions. The role also involves customer service—face-to-face, by phone, or digitally—and general administrative management, offering direct support to management. Coordination with notaries, land registries, technical professionals, and other external collaborators will be required. Additionally, the candidate will prepare visual reports on properties and technical interventions, supporting construction, technical, and digital service management. Use of computer tools, CRM systems, management applications, and participation in basic digital marketing activities will be integral to the role. Frequent work-related travel is expected. Prior experience in administrative roles is required, particularly valued if gained in the real estate sector, along with basic knowledge of property buying and selling processes. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, responsibility, and discretion are essential. Proficiency in computer use, management applications, CRM systems, and the digital environment is expected. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle, as well as availability for work-related travel, will be considered advantageous. Teamwork capability and willingness to assume responsibilities are required; experience in property management and familiarity with construction, technical, or digital services—as well as basic digital marketing knowledge and conversational English proficiency—are also valued.
