Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for the Non-Food Market team who will deliver excellent service, manage merchandise, maintain shelves, and demonstrate versatility across Home, Bazaar, and Textiles. Versatility across Home, Bazaar, and Textiles As part of the Non-Food Market team, your responsibilities will include: * Delivering excellent service to customers by applying Alcampo's established Welcome Model and providing information to meet their needs. * Performing and/or supervising the receipt of incoming merchandise, ensuring optimal product entry conditions. * Restocking, front-facing, and rotating products on shelves to prevent stockouts and inventory loss. * Supporting the Team Leader in conducting inventories, placing orders, and transferring merchandise. * Performing tasks with versatility across the Home, Bazaar, and Textiles markets. * Cleaning, organizing, and supervising assigned shelves to ensure attractive product presentation. We would love to meet you if you are passionate about retail, food, and people, and if you have: * Prior experience as a Sales Assistant or Salesperson in Non-Food, Bazaar, Home, or Textiles. * Compulsory Secondary Education. * Basic user-level office software skills.
