We are seeking to incorporate an HR Recruitment Technician into our HR Department to join a multidisciplinary and adaptive team focused on delivering the best possible service and support. The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Drafting and publishing job offers on various portals and conducting resume screening for high-volume recruitment processes. * Conducting candidate recruitment and evaluation (telephone interviews, video calls, and/or in-person interviews). * Requesting necessary documentation to formalize employment contracts. * Coordinating with internal and external clients to ensure timely coverage of vacancies. * Monitoring recruitment processes and keeping all involved parties informed. * Maintaining up-to-date candidate databases and records in HR management tools. REQUIREMENTS * Completed university degree in Psychology or Pedagogy. * Minimum 2 years’ experience managing large-scale personnel selection processes (high volume of vacancies). * Experience in publishing job offers, resume screening, and conducting interviews. * Strong proficiency with IT tools and job portals. Experience with Viterbit software is desirable. * Organized individual capable of working under pressure and managing heavy workloads. * Adaptive profile with strong teamwork ability and service orientation. * A Master’s or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Recruitment, or related fields is desirable.
