The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in accordance with the establishment's quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and cook food according to hotel recipes and standards. * Organize and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and work area. * Monitor quality, preservation, and storage of ingredients. * Collaborate with the kitchen team in menu planning. * Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP). * Manage inventory and assist in goods receiving. * Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient service. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a chef, preferably in hotels or restaurants of similar standard. * Formal training in culinary arts or gastronomy. * Knowledge of cooking techniques and food handling. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Flexible availability.
