Position Summary: Design, commissioning, and monitoring of electronic/automatic and digital technical solutions, ensuring compliance with requirements and collaborative teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork, creativity, and initiative in a stable environment What we expect Design, commissioning, and monitoring of technical solutions in the electronic/automatic and digital domains: * Definition of system requirements in collaboration with other company departments, including risk and safety analysis. * Definition of technical solutions and system architecture designs compliant with defined requirements, including electrical safety, functional safety, electromagnetic compatibility, and cybersecurity. * Software development * Documentation of software specifications and testing using Atlassian tools * Electrical schematic design * Electronic circuit design * Establishment of test plans with acceptance criteria; functionality validation, identification, and resolution of errors. * Generation of engineering documentation required for functional safety system certification * On-site support during commissioning and monitoring. * Adherence to solution/product deadlines and cost targets * Collaboration with other departments and company centers Who we are looking for Requirements: * >5 years of experience in similar roles; >8 years preferred * Industrial Engineer or equivalent, specializing in electronics or automation * Initiative and creativity * Teamwork * Analytical ability * Ability to work independently * Professional-level English (spoken and written) * Strong communication skills * Willingness to travel occasionally (international) Demonstrable experience required in: * Microcontroller programming (IAR) and testing (Parasoft) in C and C++. * Electrical and functional safety (Safety Integrity Levels, IEC61508) * Software management tools: Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence Desirable knowledge in: * Electrical CAD (Eplan) * PLC programming, especially on Beckhoff’s TWINCAT platform * Functional Safety Engineer (FSe) certification * Electronic circuit design (Altium) * Cybersecurity * Networks and communication protocols (LAN, WLAN, radio communications design) * Experience conducting electrical tests (electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility, etc.) * Cloud Computing, Data Science, and Big Data (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) * People transportation systems and applicable regulations, especially regarding escalators or elevators What we offer * Permanent contract and integration into a stable and sustainable sector. * Various benefits and an attractive work calendar. * Collaboration and teamwork: an open, transparent, and value-oriented culture. * Individual development: frequent feedback, continuous training, and space to contribute your ideas.
