It’s our responsibility — and perhaps soon, yours too. **Ready to embark on this adventure?** **Job Description** We are looking for a Marketing Specialist responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive qualified lead generation, pipeline growth, and brand visibility — working closely with sales, product, and content teams. Responsibilities * Execute multichannel digital marketing campaigns (paid media, SEO, social media) to increase visibility, engagement, and qualified lead generation. * Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). * Collaborate on lead generation and lead nurturing strategies for SaaS products. * Analyze campaign and funnel performance using KPIs. * Edit and optimize web content in Webflow, maintaining and improving existing pages while ensuring their proper functionality. * Apply SEO and GEO principles to maximize web content visibility and relevance. * Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or others). * Utilize artificial intelligence tools to optimize digital marketing processes, improve operational efficiency, and support continuous campaign performance improvement. * Support product launches and go\-to\-market campaigns. * Collaborate on creation and distribution of digital assets — independently designing simple pieces (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) and coordinating materials with the design team. * Support organization and execution of corporate events. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience in digital marketing within **SaaS or B2B** environments. * **Webflow proficiency is mandatory**, for ad-hoc editing and optimization of landing pages or web content. * Knowledge of **technical SEO and content marketing**. * **Demonstrable experience in paid media.** * Proficiency in analytical and productivity tools — especially **Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and BI platforms such as Power BI or Looker**, to build dashboards, reports, and track marketing and sales metrics. * **Experience using artificial intelligence tools applied to digital marketing** (campaign optimization, content generation and testing, data analysis, etc.). * Experience with tools such as HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, or similar. * Strong analytical ability and results orientation. * Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma. * Languages: **Native Spanish, English B2 level mandatory**, French is a plus. * **Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented profile**, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. **Additional Information** * Permanent contract and job stability * Stable project * Environment that values quality and continuous improvement * Real opportunity for growth * Competitive salary aligned with your experience * Collaborative, dynamic, and technology-driven workplace * Central office with modern facilities and excellent location
