Job Summary: Tragsa is seeking a Site Supervisor to support civil engineering works, coordinating personnel and machinery while ensuring safety and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of surveying tasks and use of AutoCAD **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation works, seeks to hire a Site Supervisor to support civil engineering works. **Work Location** -------------------- * Ourense Address: Baños de Molgas **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Coordination of in-house personnel and subcontractor personnel present on site * Coordination of machinery present on site; material control * Ensuring safety, health, and quality of the construction work * Execution of surveying tasks; use of setting-out devices and AutoCAD * Performing setting-out, surveying, measurements, performance monitoring, and report preparation **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing assessment tests and/or attaching the required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any time during the process documents verifying the information declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for the advertised position. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree (Bachiller), BUP, COU, FP I, CFGM, FP II, or CFGS (qualification officially recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) in a specialty enabling performance of the job duties: Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Forestry Management, and Natural Environment Conservation and Management. ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum 6 months of professional experience as a site supervisor (officially certified) in building construction or civil engineering projects ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish driving license, category B **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Basic-level accredited training in Occupational Risk Prevention (minimum 50 hours), distinct from the required qualification * Accredited AutoCAD training (minimum 50 hours), distinct from the required qualification ### **Prior Experience** * From 6 months up to 3 years of professional experience as a site supervisor in building construction or civil engineering (documented employment) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 2 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds + Full-time working schedule The application period will remain open from today, 10/04/2026, until 15/04/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
