DESCRIPTION Would you like to join a unique environment and contribute to the maintenance and smooth operation of a leading aquaculture facility? We are seeking a **Multiskilled Operator (Security Guard)** to join Riofrío’s technical team, performing surveillance, maintenance, and operational support tasks at the facilities. **Your mission** Reporting to the Head of Riofrío’s Technical Area, you will be responsible for facility surveillance and security, as well as the care and maintenance of fish tanks and fish, contributing to the proper daily operation and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Monitor and secure the facilities. * Participate in fish loading and unloading operations, ensuring proper handling. * Assist in fish restraint during sexing or other related activities. * Perform maintenance and cleaning of fish tanks. * Supply feed to fish tanks when necessary. * Carry out cleaning of grates and facilities. * Ensure proper care and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Participate in animal slaughter and preparation for meat production. * Implement established safety protocols in response to floods or other extraordinary events. REQUIREMENTS ### **Knowledge** **Education:** Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). **Languages:** English is not required. **Others:** * Intermediate computer skills. * Intermediate pick \& pack operational skills. * Experience in food handling is desirable. ### **Required Experience** **Experience:** No prior experience in similar positions is required. **Sector:** No specific sectoral experience is required. ### **Skills** * Organizational ability and capacity to follow operational procedures. * Commitment to safety and facility maintenance. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Flexibility and willingness to adapt to operational needs.
