We know you by name, care about your personal balance, and want you to grow with us. **Your mission at Kairós** We are seeking a hybrid **Cloud Ops / DevSecOps** profile to support our Infrastructure and Database team within a *serverless* microservices ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing, securing, and provisioning cloud services at scale—diagnosing bottlenecks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and leading the transition from manual operations to full automation. * **Automation and CI/CD:** Design, implement, and maintain advanced pipelines for automated infrastructure and application deployment using **GitHub Actions**, replacing manual or legacy operational processes. * **Infrastructure as Code (IaC):** Master **AWS** infrastructure using **Terraform**, ensuring modular, reusable code subject to peer review (PRs). * **Cloud Operations and Reliability (Cloud Ops):** Manage cloud operations and resolve complex incidents based on a developer self-service model. Maintain effective monitoring, alerting, and metrics using our observability stack (**New Relic**, **Dynatrace**, **CloudWatch**, **CloudTrail**). * **Governance and Cybersecurity:** Centrally manage identities (**AWS IAM Identity Center**), apply SCP policies, rotate secrets (**AWS Secrets Manager**), and ensure data protection, Zero Trust implementation, and container vulnerability scanning. * **Optimization and FinOps:** Plan appropriate system capacity based on utilization metrics and identify ways to improve operations while minimizing **AWS** operational costs. * **Standardization:** Develop and document cloud operations activities, promoting *Naming Convention* standards and cohesive architecture. * **Culture and Methodology:** Work in an Agile environment within a high-performance tech setting, acting as the technical bridge between Infrastructure and Development teams. **Essential Requirements (Must-Have)** * Minimum **5 years of hands-on experience** evaluating, implementing, and operating **AWS** services in critical production environments. * **Compute/Containers:** Advanced orchestration with **Docker**, **Amazon ECR**, and **Amazon ECS (Fargate)**. * **Security & Identity:** Advanced **IAM**, **AWS Secrets Manager**, **AWS SSO/IAM Identity Center**, **WAF**. * **Networking:** **VPC**, **Transit Gateway**, **Application/Network Load Balancers**, **Route53**, **API Gateway**, **CloudFront**. * **Data & Messaging:** **RDS (PostgreSQL)**, **DynamoDB**, **EventBridge**, **SNS**, **SQS**, **S3**. * **IaC & Automation:** **Terraform** (modules, remote state management, workspaces). * **CI/CD:** Demonstrable experience building continuous deployment workflows with **GitHub/GitHub Actions**, plus solid **Git** knowledge. * **Architecture:** Deep understanding of distributed architectures based on **microservices**. **Desirable Skills (Nice-to-Have)** * Official certifications: **AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional)**, **AWS Certified Security Specialty**, or **HashiCorp Terraform Associate**. * Experience in regulated sectors and familiarity with strict audits and standards such as **PCI-DSS**, **GDPR**, **DORA**, or **ISO27001**. * Hands-on experience with enterprise observability tools (**Dynatrace**, **New Relic**). * Proficiency with ticketing tools (**Jira**). **What will make you successful** **Essential Requirements (Must-have)** * **+3 years of experience** technically leading and managing self-organized teams under **Agile** methodologies. * Solid experience developing microservices in **Java**, and multi-layer enterprise application architectures. * Mastery of **REST** and **Cloud-based microservice** architectures. * Foundational knowledge of **AWS**. * Strong experience with frameworks such as **Spring Core, MVC, Security, Spring JPA, Hibernate, JPA**, and log handling via **Log4j / SLF4J**. * Knowledge of integration and continuous deployment (**CI/CD**) using **Jenkins**. * Proficiency with management tools like **JIRA**, and KPI tracking. * Demonstrated ability to identify requirements, mitigate risks, assess performance, and communicate clearly and concisely. * Prior experience developing digital payment solutions or payment gateways. * In-depth understanding of acquirer flows, RedSys interchange operations, and PSP management for merchants. **Especially Valued** * Deep knowledge of the **Gateway (Processor)** and **PSP (Aggregator)** operational models. * **AWS Cloud Practitioner** certification. **Differentiating Benefits** **Meaningful Professional Growth** * Ongoing corporate training. * Free **English classes** in small groups. * Continuous mentoring and personalized support. * Participation in conferences, tech events, and communities. **Real Balance and Flexibility** * **23 vacation days** + December 24 and 31 off. * 1 day for professional events and **3 flexible reconciliation days**. * **Reduced working hours in August**, and **intensive schedule every Friday** throughout the year. * **100% Remote Work:** You’ll work remotely with some flexibility to adapt your schedule—though this may vary depending on your assigned project. **Benefits and Personal Well-being** * **Flexible compensation** (Cobee) for meals, transport, training, and childcare. * **Health insurance** with Cigna, Adeslas, or Sanitas. * **Wellness program** supporting emotional and psychological well-being. **\#TRY \#THINK \#FEEL \#ENJOY** At Kairós, we firmly believe in the importance of equality and diversity in the workplace.
