**JOB DESCRIPTION**
At Molins Cement, we produce efficient clinkers that enable the manufacturing and commercialization of Portland products. We distribute white Portland cement produced at our plant in Tunisia and contribute to the production of calcium aluminate cement under the Electroland and Aluminite brands.
**WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?**
Among other responsibilities, the following stand out:
* Review and improvement of analysis methods.
* Validation and transfer of new analysis methods.
* Drafting of test procedures.
* Training of analysts and operators.
* Laboratory project management.
* Participation in product development and manufacturing process projects, specifically in laboratory-related aspects.
* Conducting physicochemical analyses.
* Collaboration with maintenance, engineering, environmental, systems, and other departments.
* Performing physicochemical tests.
* Performing non-on-site rotating 24-hour and weekend on-call duties.

**Requirements**
--------------
We are seeking a candidate who meets the following requirements:
* Five years of experience in an industrial setting.
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field; Master’s or PhD in analytical chemistry and/or materials science.
* Experience or specialization in instrumental analysis techniques—X-ray fluorescence, X-ray diffraction, laser diffraction, and ICP—is desirable.
* Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS), data processing software, experimental design, and database management is also desirable.
* Experience or specialization in materials science is valuable.
* Competencies: efficiency, ability to work in a team, organizational capacity to manage multiple projects, rigor, commitment, and attention to detail.
* Fluency in both Spanish and English, spoken and written, is mandatory.
