Therefore, we seek **curious individuals**, who are **motivated by challenges and eager to grow personally and professionally**, and who will join our team to make a **positive impact** on the world through technology. **ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?** ------------------------ As a **Software Analyst/Programmer**, you will join a specialized **Software Development** team, among many other responsibilities, focused on developing mobile apps (native, hybrid, or multi-platform frameworks), large-scale integration services and backends (On-Premise or On-Cloud using AWS, Azure, or Google technologies), large-scale web applications, etc. We are leaders in end-to-end application maintenance, based on operational improvement. This includes recurring maintenance and technical/functional support services, as well as evolutionary enhancements and new developments. We cover all necessary layers—from conceptualization and design to quality assurance and security of applications to be deployed. We champion multidisciplinary profiles and believe in the Full Stack philosophy; therefore, experience in other technology stacks—such as backend (Java, .NET, Node.js, etc.), mobile development (iOS, Ionic, Flutter, etc.), or web (HTML+JS+CSS, AngularJS, etc.)—will also be positively valued. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** ------------------------------- * Platform governance and operations: ensuring reliability, security, and scalability of IoT backends in cloud/multi-cloud environments, coordinating with architecture, QA, and project squads. * Incident management and continuous improvement: root cause analysis and blameless postmortems, prioritizing preventive actions.\- Automation: automating provisioning, deployments, and recurring operations (IaC and CI/CD), promoting GitOps and secure, repeatable delivery pipelines. * SRE & Observability: defining and implementing SLIs/SLOs and error budgets, standardizing instrumentation (metrics, logs, traces), creating effective dashboards and alerts, and reducing MTTR/MTTD using best practices and runbooks. * System integration: collaborating on integrations between backend, web, and mobile, third-party services, and event-driven environments (pub/sub, MQTT, or others).\- IoT Backend: participating in the design and development of APIs and microservices oriented toward devices, telemetry, and event processing. * Quality and security: working alongside QA on automated testing (contract, integration, performance) and applying security controls across pipelines and infrastructure. * Technical leadership: guiding teams in architectural decisions, code reviews, best practices, and mentoring to elevate engineering standards. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * Minimum 5\-7 years of experience in software development and SRE Intermediate / advanced English level * + Experience participating in solutions built on decoupled architectures (microservices/event-driven). + Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Prior experience in IoT or similar environments is especially valued.\- Practical knowledge and use of observability (metrics, logs, traces) and experience managing SLO-oriented alerts and dashboards. + Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases in production. + Proficiency in at least one of these languages/platforms: Java, .NET, Node.js, or JavaScript. + Hands-on experience with CI/CD and automated testing (quality, security, deployments). + - Clear communication, teamwork, and results orientation.Technical knowledge: + Experience with event-driven architectures (pub/sub) and MQTT; plus if also experienced with + RabbitMQ/Kafka/NATS.\- Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana and/or ELK/Loki/Jaeger/Tempo. + Experience with time-series databases (InfluxDB, Timescale) and MongoDB. + Knowledge of Go or Python for automation and internal tooling. + Certifications in Cloud, Databases, or IoT.Seeking preference for: + Amazon AWS + Microsoft Azure CloudFrontend Development (Angular/React) + Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS) + Networking (Linux) + Observability and monitoring tools + DevOps and CI/CD toolsHybrid remote work model; preferably based in Barcelona, Madrid, or Bilbao. #### **WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?** * **A diverse team**.
