Design of personalized intervention plans **Health Psychologist – 100% Remote Work** **Immediate Hiring** At **Aroa Granados Psychology**, we are looking to hire a health psychologist to provide emotional support from an **integrative and contextual approach**. We are a practice that works beyond diagnostic labeling, focusing on understanding distress at its root—analyzing the processes that maintain it and helping each individual become an expert in their own behavior. \- 100% online modality \- Availability during morning and afternoon hours, with **stable afternoon availability being mandatory** (most demand is concentrated during this time slot). We seek a professional with an **integrative profile**, genuine commitment to the therapeutic process, and a long-term vision within the project. **The selected candidate will perform:** * Functional case assessment (**without using diagnostic labels as the central axis of work**) * Design and implementation of personalized intervention plans * Emotional support delivered through **warm, safe, and structured presence** * Use of tools specific to the **contextual approach** (e.g., values, exposure, emotional regulation, psychological flexibility, etc.) * Coordination and supervision within the team when required This is a remote position with **flexible scheduling**: each professional manages their own agenda. **Minimum Requirements:** * Master’s Degree in General Health Psychology or official health psychology qualification * Minimum 1 year of experience delivering psychological therapy to adults with anxiety and depression * Integrative approach (not centered on medical diagnosis as the foundation of treatment) * High clinical sensitivity and functional analysis capability * Specialized training in trauma will be especially valued * Capacity to commit 10\-15 hours per week in collaboration **Position Type:** Self-employed **Modality:** Online work If you are interested in joining our team, please send your CV and a brief introduction to hola@aroagranadospsicologia.com Benefits: * Flexible working hours Work Location: Remote employment
