Intensive work schedule on Fridays and during summer JOB DESCRIPTION A real estate company is seeking to hire a Junior Technical Architect with construction experience to join its technical team. **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with the technical department, development managers, and supervisory management. * Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality throughout project execution. * Optimize economic efficiency of construction execution. * Review project documentation. * Prepare quantity take-offs. * Calculate costs and analyze variances. * Manage and archive documentation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Technical Architecture. * 1–2 years of construction site experience. * Experience with real estate developers or contractors is desirable. **Offered:** * Opportunity to join an established real estate company. * Annual gross salary between €22,000 and €25,000. * Performance-based bonus. * Flexible working hours. * Full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday, with flexible start time between 8:30 and 9:30 and end time between 18:00 and 19:00\. * Intensive Friday schedule from 9:00 to 15:00\. * Summer intensive schedule from July 15 to August 31 (9:00 to 15:00\).
