Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant to support the preparation of the daily menu, assemble tapas, bake pastries, and maintain cleanliness of the work area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintaining cleanliness of the work area We are looking for a kitchen assistant for an establishment in Llanera (Asturias). Main duties include assisting the chef in preparing the daily menu, assembling tapas, baking pastries, and maintaining cleanliness of the work area. A minimum of one year's experience in a similar position and knowledge of allergen control are required. The position offers an indefinite contract with a part-time schedule of 15 hours per week, from Wednesday to Sunday, between 06:30 and 09:30\. Salary and working conditions are governed by the Hospitality Collective Agreement of the Principality of Asturias.
