Since our founding in 1979, we have evolved into the strategic HR partner for more than 3,800 clients, with a team of over 350 professionals and 18 offices across Spain. **The Role** We are seeking a new **Senior Cybersecurity Engineer specialized in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365** to join our Cybersecurity team in the **Tarragona** area. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced security controls in our SaaS and internal infrastructures—both based on Microsoft Azure—ensuring the protection of our digital assets and regulatory compliance. **What will be your mission?** * Provide technical and strategic support for cloud (Azure) and on-premise infrastructure, focusing on security, system hardening, and access control. * Advanced administration of Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Microsoft Defender XDR, Purview, Security Center, and services such as Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams. * Review and monitor security controls aligned with the ISMS, in accordance with ISO 27001, ISO 27017, and ENS standards. * Actively collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Development teams to apply security best practices throughout the service lifecycle. * Participate in internal and external audits, risk management, and continuous improvement of security practices. **What do we offer?** * Join a leading company in constant growth. * Competitive salary based on experience. * Excellent working environment and indefinite contract. * Flexible working hours and possibility of 100% remote work. * Residence in Tarragona. * Working hours: Mon-Thu: split shift; Fridays, Christmas, Easter, and two summer months: reduced 7-hour day. * Social benefits such as school allowances, computer equipment purchases, training grants, optical expense coverage, etc. * Continuous training programs. * Opportunities for professional development. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for?** * University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar. * Minimum of 4 years of experience performing these functions. * Solid knowledge in: * Administration of Windows and Linux systems. * Domain management and administration (Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, ...) * Advanced management of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams,…) * Advanced management of Microsoft Defender, Purview, and EntraID (roles, PIM, CA, …) * Advanced management of Defender for Cloud and Azure resources. * System hardening, vulnerability management, privileged access control. * Scripting, especially PowerShell for task automation. * English at B2 level or higher. * Desirable skills: * Microsoft security certifications: AZ-500, SC-200, SC-300, SC-100, SC-401, etc. * Experience in regulatory compliance: ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ENS. * Knowledge of frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, or CIS Controls. * Administration of Microsoft SQL Server. **Join Grupo Castilla and transform your career in HR!** *At Grupo Castilla we guarantee equal opportunities and non-discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, nationality, or any other characteristic protected by law.*
