**Description:** ---------------- H10 Hotels is seeking a Chef to work at our H10 Cambrils Playa hotel in Cambrils, Tarragona. Key responsibilities include: * Preparing, seasoning, and presenting dishes in a skilled, autonomous, and responsible manner. * Assisting with ordering and storing raw materials and kitchen supplies. * Preparing, cooking, and presenting culinary products. * Assisting with the setup, service, and breakdown of buffet stations. * Inspecting and monitoring kitchen equipment and reporting any issues to the relevant supervisor. * Monitoring and ensuring proper storage and optimal utilization of provided ingredients. * Preparing food for banquet services, as notified. * Decorating food presentations at buffet stations, in coordination with the steward chef. * Requesting raw materials from the warehouse upon authorization by the chef. * Performing end-of-service cleaning of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment. * Completing APPCC and Quality documentation. * Assisting in menu and menu card planning. * Supporting cost and inventory management, as well as procurement activities. * Applying inventory rotation techniques. **Requirements:** --------------- * Formal culinary training. * Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Chef. * Team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for collaborative work. * Availability to start in April 2026
