




A person with an administrative profile is required to provide support in a company located in Tarragona. The position involves integrating into a team and reporting to the Department Manager, taking full responsibility for managing processes related to customers and billing. Key responsibilities include handling the complete billing cycle, registering customer onboarding and cancellations, and directly addressing customer inquiries. The role will also involve launching and supervising billing processes, as well as reviewing and correcting documents. Additionally, the person will be responsible for sending invoices, generating reports for the sales department, and managing collections, including following up on pending payments. The candidate is expected to collaborate in defining debt recovery strategies and implementing improvements in established procedures. * Degree in Economics or Business Administration. * 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Advanced knowledge of computer tools (Word, Excel, etc.). * Experience with ERP applications, preferably Business Central (Navision). * Versatile, organized individual with initiative. * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
