Serious, long-term industrial project **CNC Lathe Operator** =============== We need to hire a person to perform the duties of a CNC Lathe Operator with experience—someone who masters their craft and operates autonomously at the machine. Location: REUS If you enjoy working autonomously at the machine, interpreting blueprints, preparing parts, and genuinely getting hands-on in the process… this position is worth reading. We need to hire one lathe operator proficient in Fanuc CNC and another proficient in Mazatrol language. ### **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and programming of CNC lathes. * Operation using Fanuc and Mazatrol controls. * Machining of single parts and short/medium production runs. * Adjustment of dimensions, offsets, and parameters. * Blueprint interpretation and part verification. * Continuous process improvement together with the technical team. ### **Profile Requirements:** * Preparation and programming of CNC lathes. * Autonomous, from-scratch programming on Fanuc and/or Mazatrol controls. * Tolerance H7 adjustment capability. * Blueprint interpretation and part verification. ### **What We Offer:** * Inclusion in a serious, long-term industrial project. * Intensive morning shift Monday through Friday (07:00–15:00). * Technical work, variety of parts, and genuine autonomy. * Negotiable salary within the range of €30\-36k.
