We are currently seeking to hire a Project Manager/Engineer in Tarragona: Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise the proper execution of maintenance activities, including allocation of material resources, machinery, and personnel; and oversee compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention, Quality, and Environmental measures, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective project delivery. * Monitor the time-based planning of various maintenance contracts. * Ensure implementation and compliance with prevention and safety protocols in collaboration with the occupational safety technician, guaranteeing execution of the health and safety plan. * Supervise the workforce, including both direct company staff and subcontractors, to ensure achievement of objectives. * Collaborate with the Human Resources Department regarding potential staffing requests, disciplinary procedures, or any other actions involving said department. * Supervise economic control jointly with the Management Control Department to address possible deviations. * Collaborate in monitoring supplier material deliveries and proper management of stockpiles, ensuring contract deadlines and quality are met while avoiding overstocking, thereby maintaining the project’s economic balance. * Provide support to projects or tasks requiring their involvement, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
