Its Strategic Plan aims to achieve €41M in revenue by 2026 with 450 professionals, positioning itself as one of the sector’s leading HighGrowth companies. **The Role** We are seeking a new **Software Implementation Consultant (Time Management and Portals)** to join our Consulting team. You will be responsible for client support and resolving technical issues related to the software. **What Will Be Your Mission?** * Work with our clients as a functional and/or technical consultant (on-site and remotely) on implementation, migration, and support projects. * Analyze, configure, test, deploy, and provide post-implementation support for Time Management and Portal module solutions. * Perform functional and technical data migration, ensuring data quality and successful project launch. * Prepare documentation, conduct user training, and ensure structured knowledge transfer among consultants. * Support end users and resolve functional and technical incidents in collaboration with internal teams. * Apply agile methodologies and internal tools for project management and tracking. * Identify commercial opportunities and, for senior profiles, develop and present proposals. * Support and integrate new team members. **What Do We Offer?** * Join a leading, continuously growing company. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Excellent working environment and permanent contract. * Flexible working hours. * Split working day from Monday to Thursday until 5:15 PM.
