The main objectives of this position are to identify and rectify electromechanical failures in the industrial machinery of the production plant. Efforts must be made to prevent breakdowns and unplanned stoppages in order to achieve maximum operational efficiency. Your main responsibilities will be: \- Supervision and maintenance of industrial plant equipment, ensuring proper operation through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks. \- Collaboration with the production team to identify best operational practices and share guidelines to avoid incidents and production stoppages. \- Fault detection and resolution. \- Development and improvement of work procedures; preparation of failure reports; documentation of interventions performed; and updates to shared documents. \- Joint collaboration with external companies to carry out assigned tasks. \- Promotion of proper use of machinery and facilities. Minimum requirements: \- We seek a candidate with prior knowledge/experience in industrial environments, possessing a proactive and communicative attitude toward various stakeholders in day-to-day operations. To meet this goal, you must fulfill the following requirements: \- Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM/CFGS) in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent. \- Experience in an industrial environment. \- Availability to work rotating shifts. Specialization: \- Maintenance and Production Support Services. Working hours: \- Rotating shifts Monday–Saturday (morning, afternoon, night). Salary: €28,000.00–€34,000.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
