Viajes Para Ti is an online travel agency that owns the brands Esquiades.com, Buscounchollo.com, Amimir.com and Jump2Spain.com, and has a hotel division responsible for managing the "Boí Taüll Resort" tourist complex. The company is part of the TOP 50 highest-revenue companies in the province of Tarragona, consistently improving results year after year. Currently, our team consists of 200 professionals, distributed between 130 employees in the agency and 70 in the hotel area. Due to our expansion process, we are seeking to incorporate a Financial Analyst to join our offices in Reus, who wishes to become part of a young, dynamic, and constantly growing team. **What are the main responsibilities?** * + Carry out monthly accounting closings for the group's companies, identifying and analyzing potential deviations. * + Analyze monthly closures of hotels owned by the company, identifying optimization opportunities and improvements in management. + Monitor group liquidity by controlling cash flow, banking pool, and short-term financial needs. + Prepare and record monthly and quarterly VAT filings for the group's companies, identifying tax optimization opportunities. + Prepare the Annual Accounts for the different companies within the group. + Conduct internal audits and financial controls across the group's companies. + Analyze financial investments and assess the profitability of real estate assets. + Identify opportunities and implement process improvements. **Job requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics or similar fields. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar roles. **Additional qualifications that will be valued:** * Master's degree or additional studies related to the position. * Experience in tourism sector companies, as well as auditing and consulting firms. * Knowledge of taxation (TAX), financial and banking products. * Up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and financial market trends. * Familiarity with ERP Navision. * Proficiency with information processing and financial tools (spreadsheets, databases, Power BI, KPIs, ...). * Language skills. **If you meet the requirements, here is what we can offer you:** * Opportunity to join an established project currently expanding internationally. * Positive work environment that promotes personal growth and development. * Position offering progressive professional development within the corporate group. * Flexibility in choosing vacation days (25 working days). * Various social benefits and team-building activities.
