Description

At Alannia Resorts, a leading chain in the holiday and camping resort sector in Spain, we are seeking to hire **an access controller** for our Alannia Guardamar team in Alicante. **INDEFINITE PART-TIME CONTRACT FOR JULY\-AUGUST, 40\/20 HOURS; CONTINUOUS SHIFTS COVERING TIME SLOTS FROM 9 AM TO 11 PM.** **Responsibilities:** * Control and register access of guests, employees, visitors, suppliers, and contractors. * Verify identities, credentials, and access permissions. * Supervise vehicle entries and exits using barriers or automated systems. * Conduct inspection rounds and preventive control in assigned areas. * Coordinate with reception and maintenance staff regarding incidents or unusual situations. * Safeguard and manage keys, magnetic cards, or access devices. * Communicate and report incidents to the designated supervisor. * Apply emergency protocols and perform basic first aid. * Provide courteous and professional assistance and information to guests, visitors, and users. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in similar positions, access control, or auxiliary services. * Observational ability, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Ability to respond to incidents and follow established procedures. * Basic proficiency in access control systems and computer tools. * Flexible availability and willingness to work rotating shifts. * First aid training and language skills—especially English—are preferred. * **Must have a personal vehicle to commute to the campsite.** Salary: €1,500.00\-€1,800.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
