Main responsibilities include detailed planning, efficient organization, and rigorous control of all project phases. Coordinating teams—both internal staff and subcontractors—to ensure smooth workflow is essential. The role also entails supervising execution timelines, associated costs, material quality, and overall production. Daily tasks include order management, supplier communication, and precise quantity surveying. Prior experience in similar positions, proficiency in construction management and planning software, and a valid driver's license are required. A permanent full-time contract is offered. The anticipated remuneration is €1.800 gross per month.
