We are recruiting Civil Construction Supervisors for a major petrochemical company to perform the following functions: * Supervise and coordinate the execution of civil construction works in accordance with the project, specifications, and applicable regulations. * Plan and organize site resources: personnel, machinery, auxiliary equipment, and materials. * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, transportation, and owned or rented machinery, ensuring proper on-site logistics. * Monitor schedule progress, conduct daily follow-up, and propose corrective actions in case of deviations. * Review drawings, measurements, and layout plans; resolve technical issues; and propose improvements or optimizations. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and health standards, including management of required documentation (personnel, vehicles, and machinery). * Maintain smooth communication with the client, technical management, and internal teams through meetings and progress reports. * Manage materials and supplies, and support cost control activities and technical budgeting assistance.
