We are currently seeking a **Production Manager in Civil Works** for the **Tarragona** area, for an important construction company. ### **What will your day-to-day look like?** Planning and organizing construction site activities. Organizing workspaces. Monitoring and supervising construction execution. Ensuring compliance with established schedules. Interpreting blueprints and surveying work units. Organizing and supervising work teams and assigning tasks. Providing technical guidance to workers. Coordinating compliance with the safety and health plan and occupational risk prevention regulations. Coordinating with industrial teams and subcontractors. Controlling materials, resources, and machinery on site. Supervising and verifying processes and results. Quality control of completed construction work items. Technical coordination with project management and site direction. ### **What do we expect from you?** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or similar. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Production Manager (experience as a Junior Site Manager will also be considered). Valid driver's license B. Proactive and committed attitude, with strong communication and leadership skills. ### **What do we offer?** Indefinite contract. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00\.
