You will be a key member of the paving team, responsible for ensuring the perfect thickness, leveling, and finish of the laid asphalt mixture. Your responsibilities will include adjusting the screed to achieve the required thickness and width, controlling base leveling using automatic systems to prevent irregularities, and managing asphalt mixture flow for uniform distribution. You will also operate the hydraulically extendable screed and coordinate with the operator to maintain constant speed. A minimum of two years’ verifiable experience as an asphalt paver screed operator is required, along with a 20-hour Occupational Health and Safety training certificate for construction and a heavy machinery operator license.
