Main Responsibilities * Check-in and check-out. * Reservation management (phone, email, and OTAs). * Guest service during their stay. * Billing and collections. * Coordination with housekeeping and maintenance teams. * Incident tracking and resolution. * Cash closing and basic administrative tasks. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel front desk operations. * Good command of English (additional languages are valued). * Proficiency in PMS and Channel Manager systems. * Ability to work independently during shifts. * Organized, responsible, and proactive individual. * Residence nearby.
