




Job Summary: We are seeking a chef for a Japanese fusion restaurant, responsible for tempura, appetizers, sauces, meats, fish, sushi preparation, and dish plating. Key Highlights: 1. Full-time schedule with two days of weekly rest We are hiring a chef for BOKOTO TARRAGONA, an established Japanese fusion restaurant in Tarragona. **The selected candidate will be responsible for:** tempura, hot appetizers, preparation of homemade sauces, preparation of meats and fish, preparation and plating of dishes, sushi rice preparation, cleaning, cutting, and filleting fish for each preparation, preparation of nigiri, sashimi, maki, temaki, uramaki... **We offer:** * Full-time contract (40 actual working hours) * Two days of weekly rest * Immediate start * Location in the city center * Working hours from 12:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 24:00. * Training and incorporation into a major group with several restaurants already open nationwide, currently undergoing active expansion. **Position Type:** Full-time, Permanent contract **Work Location:** On-site employment
