Job Summary: We are seeking an industrial worker with experience in operating machinery for food product production, performing quality control, and organizing the workplace. Key Responsibilities: 1. Organizing and cleaning the workplace An industrial sector company is looking for an industrial worker with experience in operating machinery that produces various items intended for contact with food. This position is subject to the SUBSIDY PROGRAM FOR THE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT OF PEOPLE IN SITUATIONS OF GREATER VULNERABILITY — INDEFINITE-TERM FULL-TIME CONTRACT. The target groups eligible for this subsidy are as follows: Unemployed persons aged 45 years or older. Long-term unemployed persons (12 months within the last 18\) aged 30 years or older. Foreign-born unemployed persons aged 30 years or older who are non-EU, non-EEA, non-Swiss, and non-UK nationals. Non-EU, non-EEA, non-Swiss, and non-UK nationals are defined as individuals holding no nationality of any European Union Member State, European Economic Area country, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom. Unemployed women aged 30 years or older in situations of vulnerability. Women are considered vulnerable if they meet one or more of the following criteria: Women experiencing gender-based violence; Women with legally recognized disabilities; Unemployed women not receiving unemployment benefits; Recipients of the Guaranteed Citizenship Income; Mothers heading single-parent families. The status of unemployed jobseeker must be maintained for at least 10 calendar days prior to submission of the job offer. Main duties include: \- Production of the required product \- Preparation and adjustment of the machinery used \- Conducting quality control on the product being produced \- Organizing and cleaning the workplace * Minimum experience: 1 month. FACTORY WORKER OR PRODUCTION OPERATOR IN THE INDUSTRIAL SECTOR. * Completed primary education * Spanish (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Catalan language proficiency is desirable * Vehicle availability: private car * Driver's license: B * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time work schedule * Gross monthly salary: 1220 * Additional relevant information: Flexible working hours (rotating shifts, changing weekly)
