ELECTROMECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Description

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance programs for both production equipment and the company's own facilities, addressing failures, breakdowns, and repairs that may occur therein. In addition, the candidate may be responsible for the daily startup of business operations and collaborate in the installation of new equipment. Responsibilities and duties: • Attend to facilities regarding both repairs and preventive maintenance. • Collaborate in designing preventive maintenance plans for machinery. • Repair machinery as quickly as possible or according to the scheduled timetable, facilitating communication with plant supervisors/managers/responsibles. • Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager of the Technical Department to maintain order and cleanliness in the spare parts warehouse. • Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager of the Technical Department to ensure timely and adequate supply of necessary spare parts to resolve breakdowns promptly. • Report material inflows and outflows. • Participate in and support the assembly of new installations and machinery. • Ensure proper use and care of all company facilities, machinery, and tools. • Train users on maintenance, preservation, and rational use of machinery, installations, and safety equipment. • Accurately record all maintenance operations performed in the computerized system. • Propose improvements regarding machinery, installations, and their maintenance. • Support various departments (repairs, lock replacements, etc.). • Understand fundamentals of quality, environmental management, and occupational health and safety, as well as applicable legal requirements for maintenance-related activities. • Fulfill responsibilities and duties assigned in occupational health and safety matters according to Procedure PR A21\- 04 of the organization’s preventive activity management system. * 4 years of experience. 4 years in a similar position * Availability of personal vehicle * Permanent employment contract * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2500' to '3000'
