Position Summary: We are seeking a logistics professional for customer service and operations, responsible for managing orders, incidents, and coordinating with suppliers and warehouses. Logistics Operations: • Coordination with planning, warehouses (internal and external), and transportation to ensure shipments, acting as the liaison with logistics operators. • Validation of invoices from external warehouses and/or transportation providers. • Management of transportation and logistics operator incidents. • Route planning, delivery creation, and order preparation to optimize transportation usage. • Document management (delivery notes, CMRs, labels, customs documentation (if applicable), archiving, others). • Identification of opportunities and proposals for improvement in transportation and logistics operators. Inventory Management: • Execution of inventory movements, stock control, identification of obsolete item risks, stock counts, and review of logistical master data. • Traceability queries. • Stock control. • Provisioning of external PA warehouses. General: • Support in KPI reporting, audit support, IT/warehouse training and support, Quality, and Commercial departments. Backup Responsibilities: • Transport provider qualification and evaluation. * Minimum 2 years’ experience. Experience in industrial customer service environments. Operational logistics knowledge and inventory management skills. SAP experience (intermediate level) is desirable. Education in Logistics or Traffic Management; alternatively, demonstrable experience in a similar role. * HIGHER VOCATIONAL TRAINING DIPLOMA * Spanish (advanced spoken and written) * Catalan (intermediate spoken and written) * Vehicle availability: private car * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1800' to '2100' * Other relevant information: Working hours: Flexible start time between 8:00 and 10:00.
