Currently, we need to incorporate a Program Coordinator to work at our production facility located in **Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz).** #### **Main Responsibilities** * Responsible for timely and accurate client response and program management, with clarity, transparency, and reliability. * Responsible for meeting customer commitments, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction. * Responsible for tracking and monitoring the progress of production activities associated with the program. * Responsible for coordinating other departments to meet customer commitments on time and with quality. #### **Main Functions** * Negotiate with the client on timelines, deadlines, or any conditions that may affect the fulfillment of their current or future demand. * Participate in the creation of the integrated planning derived from the combined demand of all clients. * Analyze POs, demand schedules, and modifications related to the program / client under responsibility. * Ensure satisfactory closure of orders, achieving timely invoicing for the manufactured product. * Lead improvement plans and actions that optimize the economic performance and customer satisfaction of the program being coordinated. #### **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Technical or Higher Engineering. * At least 3 years of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and control systems. * Desirable knowledge in: + Composite Material Structure Manufacturing. + SAP. + Handling documentation and inspection for aerospace programs. ### **What We Offer** * Permanent contract. * Flexible compensation. * Competitive salary package (based on experience). * The opportunity to join a high-performance team with a high level of specialization. **Apply now and become part of a team driving change!**
