Our core values—collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust—guide us toward excellence. **What do we value?** - Over 2 years of experience in Java development, including: * Backend application development and maintenance in Java 17/21 using Spring Boot / Spring Framework. * Implementation of microservice architectures and hexagonal architecture. * Design and consumption of REST APIs. * Management of distributed caching with Redis. * Working with SQL and NoSQL databases. * Collaboration on deployments using Docker, AKS, and Kubernetes. * Development of unit and integration tests. * Participation in code reviews and continuous improvement. * Experience developing and integrating with synchronous and asynchronous messaging systems (e.g., Kafka). * Experience with CI/CD. * Best practices: SOLID principles and Clean Code. * Advanced English proficiency required. * Occasional travel. * Fully remote position, though occasional on-site visits to the client’s facilities will be required.
