Through this opportunity, you can take on the role of **Technical Lead Java** for one of the most important clients in the **textile sector**. **What will be your mission?** You will technically lead the Backend development team, ensuring best practices and code quality. You will actively participate in development, maintaining a hands\-on role in coding and code reviews. You will participate in overseeing the architecture based on microservices and hexagonal design. You will collaborate in requirements gathering and defining technical solutions aligned with business needs. You will supervise continuous integration and cloud environment deployments. You will foster an environment of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement, driving technical excellence within the team. **To be a match...** Proven experience developing in Java (latest versions), Spring, and Spring Boot. Experience assuming a technical lead role. Experience working with hexagonal architecture and microservices. Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, and Azure Arc. Desirable experience or knowledge of Azure Cosmos DB, DB2, and Redis. Testing: JUnit, Mockito, TestContainers. Experience with monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana).
