In coordination with the department head and project prioritization, they allocate resources to enhancements and planned projects. They are responsible for analyzing and understanding user requirements for assigned enhancements and negotiating with various departments to meet objectives. They must ensure adherence to deadlines and follow the established methodology. They are accountable for assigned enhancements and for monitoring and coordinating development team participation in projects, allocating necessary resources. Define (in coordination with the Development Lead) and ensure compliance with the software development methodology as well as best practices. ##### **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Analyze and understand user requirements for assigned enhancements * Ensure adherence to deadlines * Be accountable for assigned enhancements * Define (in coordination with the Development Lead) and ensure compliance with the software development methodology as well as best practices. ##### **Does this description fit you?** * Technologies: Azure, Power Platform, GitHub, database analysis and design (SQL Server, MySQL). * Experience defining software development methodologies and best practices. * Ability to analyze and design project architectures. * Full lifecycle development management, coordinating both internal and external developers. * Ability to align priorities and product roadmaps, promoting data-driven solutions, emerging technologies, and user experience. * Provide vision and direction to the project team and stakeholders throughout the project, defining the product. * Facilitate and promote both internal communication within technical teams and communication with other stakeholders, improving transparency, sharing information, and managing expectations.
