We seek a senior profile capable of serving as a technical reference, possessing architectural vision and a drive for continuous improvement — someone eager to grow professionally within a dynamic and collaborative setting. **What We Offer:** * A dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and professional development, and a committed, collaborative team. * Flexibility and work-life balance — including professional, family, and training-related aspects. * Flexible compensation. * Continuous training in key technologies and access to internal standardization and innovation initiatives. * Participation in technical and architectural decisions with real impact. * Work Mode: Hybrid (if based at office) or Remote **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions based on REST and event-driven architectures (Kafka). * Develop robust and scalable backend systems in Java, Node.js, or equivalent technologies. * Deploy and maintain solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or similar), following DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines. * Manage and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases. * Act as the senior technical reference within the team, supporting decision-making and resolution of complex incidents. * Apply development standards and best practices across the entire software lifecycle. Proactively identify technical risks and propose solutions before they escalate. * **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development and system integration. * Solid experience in integration architectures: REST, event-driven systems, Kafka. * Proficiency in at least one backend language: Java, Node.js, or similar. * Demonstrable experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar). * Knowledge and application of CI/CD and DevOps practices. * Hands-on experience managing SQL and NoSQL databases in production environments. * Proven ability to resolve complex technical incidents. * Focus on standards, best practices, and code quality. * Technical leadership capability and ability to serve as a team reference. * Minimum English level B2 (mandatory). **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience in legacy code refactoring and continuous improvement. * Focus on quality, defect reduction, and performance metrics. * Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack or similar). * Exposure to high-level architectural design and technical decision-making. * Experience mentoring junior or mid-level profiles. * Participation in standardization initiatives or internal practice communities.
