Professional Challenge The professional challenge of this position consists of actively contributing to achieving the objectives established in Iberia’s Operational Safety Policy and ensuring compliance with safety standards, along with monitoring adherence to aviation regulations (EASA, AESA, IOSA, etc.) and internal standards across the Flight Operations, Training, and Ground Operations production areas. To achieve this, you will collaborate with the AOC Compliance Control area to meet its objectives and support the management of departmental tasks. Responsibilities * Support daily departmental management (projects, meetings, presentations) * Manage the Compliance Control Audit Plan, including findings and resulting actions across production areas * Lead departmental improvement projects (digitalization) * Regulatory oversight by tracking changes in applicable regulations and associated guidelines * Update and review internal documentation of the Production Directorate and Compliance Control (manuals and procedures) * Support tracking and handling of authority-related files (AESA, SAFA, IOSA, etc.) * Collaborate in executing the Compliance Control Audit Program. Essential Requirements for the Position * University degree in Aeronautics (Aeronautical Engineering or Aeronautical Management). * Proficiency in Office applications (Office, Power BI). * Quality Management Systems knowledge. * Advanced English level (B2 or TOEIC 785). * Auditor training is desirable. * Prior experience in an airline environment, minimum 3 years. * Prior experience in any of the following functions is desirable: * Conducting audits * Developing procedures and/or * Developing manuals and documentation and/or * Project management Personal and Management Attributes * Initiative and proactivity * Teamwork * Focus on excellence and results. * Change-oriented and change-driven. * Critical thinking.
