As part of our positioning as a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to reinforce our team with an Electronic Warfare (EW) Engineer for strategic defense projects.
**What will you do?**
* Be responsible for **system requirement definition, specification, and verification**, based on customer needs analysis, ensuring correct traceability and compliance.
* Participate in **hardware design of laser systems (Class 3 and 4\)**, including component selection, circuit design, thermal analysis, as well as **interface definition** and system architecture.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (software, mechanical, testing), ensuring proper integration of various subsystems. Additionally, prepare **technical design and development documentation** compliant with industry standards (PECAL, MIL\-STD).
* Interact directly with customers, participating in **technical meetings, solution definition, and incident resolution** throughout the project lifecycle.

✅ Degree in Physics, Electronics, Telecommunications or related field (a Master’s in Photonics is a plus)
✅ \+3 years of experience in electro-optical systems, preferably in defense/EW environments
✅ Knowledge of hardware design for laser systems (Class 3 and 4\) and electronic systems
✅ Experience in system requirement specification and verification
✅ Prior experience with DIRCM systems is desirable
✅ Familiarity with regulatory standards (PECAL, MIL\-STD)
✅ Advanced English proficiency
✅ Availability to work in Torrejón de Ardoz under a hybrid work model.

**What does our selection process look like?**
